With Prof. Tiziano Testori
Course information
This evidence-based masterclass presents lateral and crestal sinus-lift decision-making, surgical execution and alternatives to sinus elevation.
Prof. Tiziano Testori reviews sinus physiology, flap and antrostomy design, membrane management, instrumentation and intra- and postoperative complications.
Who this course is for
This advanced masterclass is for clinicians comparing sinus-elevation approaches and preparing to prevent or manage surgical complications.
For clinicians with an implant-surgery foundation who want a structured maxillary-sinus workflow.
For dentists comparing lateral, crestal and alternative treatment pathways against anatomy and risk.
For clinicians who want a detailed reference for perforations, sinus pathology and postoperative complications.
The clinical framework
Diagnosis, indications and contraindications establish the surgical pathway before access design begins.
The program compares lateral and crestal approaches, piezoelectric and rotary instrumentation, membrane elevation and alternative treatment strategies.
Predictable sinus surgery begins with case selection and complication prevention—not with the window design alone.
What you’ll learn
Review physiology and identify when ENT evaluation may be appropriate.
Evaluate indications, contraindications and treatment alternatives.
Compare the rationale and execution of the principal approaches.
Study simplified antrostomy design for less invasive lateral access.
Review membrane perforations, cysts, septa and postoperative risks.
Technique focus
The masterclass combines diagnosis, access design, membrane elevation, implant-site preparation and complication control.
